Sara Schneider
Exercise Professionals
I graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick Campus in
2006 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. I have
a Primary Group Instructor Certification from AFAA along with
CPR, First-Aid and AED Certification from The Red Cross. Sports
have always been a part of my life and exercise has kept me on
the top of my game. I enjoy all types of sports, soccer, softball,
snowboarding, surfing and boxing. As a trainer at FT I use all
my experiences to create workouts for people of all ages that
stay fun and fresh. My favorite activity to incorporate into
workouts is boxing, from ages 13- 75 and beyond, Boxing increases
speed, agility, strength, endurance, and confidence. Outside
of work I like to always find new activities to challenge myself.
